Cannot log in
A new email account must be confirmed from the email Klickt sends. Accounts made with Google must use Continue with Google. If neither applies, send an email with the account address.
Page link shows Page not found
The page must be published. The link is the username, such as klickt.go-live.me/yourname. Sample blocks and empty blocks stay hidden on the live page until filled in.
Username is taken or not accepted
Usernames use lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes, from 3 to 30 characters. Some names are reserved for the site, such as login, admin, and support.
Upload fails
Images must be PNG, JPG, or WebP under 10 MB. PDF files must be real PDFs under 5 MB.
Delete an account
Send an email from the account address. The account, page, and uploaded files are deleted on request.
Report a page
Send an email with the page address and the reason, such as impersonation, harmful content, or copyright. Reported content that breaks the Terms of Use is removed.
