Using Klickt

An account is needed to create a page. Account details must be accurate. The account holder is responsible for the account and for everything published through it.

Content

The account holder keeps ownership of the content added to a page. Klickt is allowed to store, process, and show that content, as needed to run the service.

Only content that the account holder has the right to use may be added, including text, images, links, and files.

Not allowed

• Illegal content or links to it.
• Harassment, threats, hate, or content that targets a person or group.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any sexually explicit content.
• Malware, phishing, scams, or links that try to steal data.
• Pretending to be another person or brand.
• Private information about other people without their consent.
• Content that infringes copyright or other rights.
• Abuse of the service, such as bulk sign-ups or attempts to break it.

Public pages and files

A published page and its links are public. PDF files can be opened by anyone who has the file address. Files with private details must not be uploaded.

Removal and suspension

Content that breaks these terms may be removed, and accounts may be suspended or closed. Reports go through the Support page.

Availability

Klickt is provided as is, without a guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. Features may change or end. A copy of important files should be kept elsewhere.

To the extent the law allows, Klickt is not liable for losses from using the service or from lost content.

Ending use

A page can be unpublished at any time. Account deletion is requested by email to jcsngcn@gmail.com.

Changes

These terms may change. The new version is posted on this page with a new date. Continued use means the new version is accepted.
